Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Upsurge Global, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our platform. Your designs will help transform how users book flights, find accommodations, and access educational resources through Upsurge Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centred Design: Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.

• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability test results.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly in web and mobile applications.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
